About Us

We bought a home with a 1/2 acre lot in fall of 2010. It's the first dirt we've officially owned, so we started our very first gardens! We definitely overworked ourselves building them the first year, but now, in the third year, hopefully things will run a little more smoothly. One of the great features of our property is a freshwater spring that makes a small shallow creek across our back yard. This attracts all sorts of wildlife and birds to watch!

Anyhow, we have a lot to learn (since we had never gardened before), so stay tuned to see how it goes.
